The West Dunbartonshire Council (Various Locations) (On-Street Disabled Parking Places And Revocation) Order 2015
On the 20 September 2016, the West Dunbartonshire Council made the above-named Traffic Regulation Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Order which comes into effect on 2 November 2016, was advertised on 2015 and the effect of the Order is as stated in the said notice.
A copy of the Order and plans relative thereto, are available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive, at the offices of:-
Regulatory Services Council Offices Garshake Road Dumbarton, G82 3PU
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks from 20 September 2016, make application to the Court of Session for this purpose.
